How to: Add a border around a paragraph.
Solution:
Position the insertion point in the paragraph, select 'Borders and Shading' option from 'Format' menu.
1) Position the insertion point in the paragraph to receive the border.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Borders and Shading...'. (The Paragraph Borders and Shading dialog box appears.)
3) Select a line style from the 'Style' list box.

4) (Optional) Click a color from the 'Color' list box.
5) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'Box' in the 'Preset' section to place a box around the paragraph.
b) Click 'Shadow' in the 'Preset' section to create a shadowed border.
NOTE: If a line is chosen in the style box, the selected line type AND shadow will appear around the paragraph.
6) Click 'OK'.
